Our Commitment to Low Cost Shipping
We make every effort to keep our shipping charges as low as possible. We therefore offer Free or $2.95 Flat Rate Shipping on most orders, with the following exceptions:

• Free Shipping
  Free Shipping is not available for any items manufactured by Oakworks, Earthlite and Pisces Productions that are shipped outside the continental United States. You must contact us for a shipping quote.  

• Flat Rate Shipping
  Flat Rate Shipping is not available for any items manufactured by Oakworks, Earthlite and Pisces Productions that are shipped outside the continental United States. You must contact us for a shipping quote.

• International Shipping
  We cannot ship any items from Oakworks, Earthlite or Pisces internationally. Free and Flat Rate Shipping do not apply for any international order. Shipping is FOB Shipping Point, which means you assume title to the goods once they are shipped.

Speed of Shipping and Delivery
Products shipped from our own warehouse, such as our Massage Oils, Essential Oils, DVDs and other items, usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Oakworks, Earthlite, and Pisces products are drop-shipped by these manufacturers via FedEx ground delivery.  Due to the large selection of items and options our manufacturers offer, many items are not held in stock and need to be assembled to order. This means that it may take several days or longer for your order to be completed and shipped.

If you absolutely must have an item by a certain date, please contact us so that we may advise you of its availability. If your original choice cannot be delivered by the date needed we can also advise you as to any suitable alternatives that may work for you. In many cases Expedited Delivery may be available at an additional charge.  Some manufacturers offer "rush" processing - this can eliminated several days off of normal processing time, but will still take time to assemble to order.

Shipping speeds on international orders cannot be guaranteed as your order may be held by customs or be subject to assorted regional difficulties.

Recycled Boxes and Packing Materials
We purchase only biodegradable peanuts and recyclable corrugated boxes, however we also reuse other types of packing materials. Products we send you, therefore, may arrive in a recycled shipping box or may be packed with recycled materials. Wellspring Trading is committed to doing as much as possible to reduce, reuse and recycle, while making sure your purchase arrives safely and securely. We encourage you to reuse or recycle the shipping containers and packing materials you receive whenever possible.
