On most of our products that we sell either Free Shipping or Flat Rate Shipping applies for orders delivered within the continental United States.

On orders where our Flat Rate Shipping Policy applies you never pay more than $2.95 for shipping your entire order, no matter how many items you buy. Flat Rate Shipping applies for shipping within the continental United States only.  Please contact us for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, international addresses, or for expedited shipping.

International Shipping
On international orders shipping is FOB Shipping Point. This means you assume title to the goods shipped once we ship your order and provide you with the shipping information.
 
We cannot ship items from Oakworks, Earthlite or Pisces internationally. Please contact these manufacturers directly to see if they have distributors in your country.

Items on which Shipping Charges Apply
In some cases shipping charges apply, such as on some items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. In these cases please contact us to obtain a shipping quote at orders@wellspringtrading.com or call 201-650-0586 to talk to a representative. To ensure an accurate quote please specify what table and accessories you want to order and if you require inside delivery or additional delivery services.

Speed of Shipping and Delivery
Please be aware that our Earthlite, Oakworks and Pisces products ship direct from the manufacturer. Due to the vast selection of options offered, our manufacturers cannot maintain stock of every variation of every item they make. The item you order may have to be  assembled, which means that it may take a few days, or even in some cases weeks, for your order to be completed and shipped.

If you absolutely must have some item by a certain date please contact us so that we may advise you of it's availability and guide you in what suitable alternative may work for you if your original choice cannot be shipped by the date needed. Expedited delivery may also be available at an additional charge.

Shipping speeds on international orders cannot be guaranteed as your order may be held by customs or be subject to assorted regional difficulties.

We purchase only biodegradable peanuts and recyclable corrugated boxes to pack our products with, however we also reuse other types of packing materials that others have sent us. Products we send you, therefore, may arrive in a recycled shipping box or with recycled packing materials. Wellspring Trading is committed to doing as much as possible to reduce, reuse and recycle, while making sure your purchase arrives to you safely and securely. We encourage you to reuse or recycle the shipping containers and packing materials you receive whenever possible.
