Wellspring Trading guarantees your satisfaction with all products that we sell. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please follow the procedures below in order to obtain a prompt refund.
Merchandise Damaged or Lost in Transit
Please inspect your order as soon as it is received. Any damage to the shipping container or packaging should be noted and the merchandise inspected to verify that your order is complete and undamaged. Shipping containers and packaging must be retained until any claim against the carrier is settled. Failure to retain containers and packaging may result in our being unable to enter a claim for damages with the carrier, in which case we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. We must be notified at info@wellspringtrading.com of damage or incomplete shipments of merchandise due to carrier error within ten (10) days of receipt.
Damaged and Defective Merchandise
You may return any damaged or defective merchandise for a full refund of all charges including shipping fees. You must notify us of any damage or defects within thirty (30) days of receipt. Damaged and defective merchandise may not be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and company supplied shipping label. Please contact us for instructions at info@wellspringtrading.com before returning any damaged or defective merchandise.
Massage Tables and Massage Chairs are further covered by the individual manufacturers’ limited lifetime warranty and return policies. In order for us to assist you with returns or repairs of damaged or defective Massage Tables and Massages Chairs you must notify us within thirty (30) days of receipt. After thirty (30) days, please contact the manufacturer directly.
New and Unused Merchandise
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a prompt refund of your purchase price. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you are responsible for any return shipping fees. Please contact us for instructions at info@wellspringtrading.com before returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned to us in an unused, resalable condition with the original packaging. Oils may only be returned if they are unopened (seal intact). If oils are damaged or defective please contact us for instructions.
Final Sale
All sales are final after 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
