Wellspring Trading guarantees your satisfaction with all products that we sell. If there is a problem with your order, please follow the procedures below in order to obtain a prompt refund or exchange.

Merchandise Damaged or Lost in Transit

Please inspect your order as soon as it is received. Any damage to the shipping container or packaging should be noted and the merchandise inspected to verify that your order is complete and undamaged. Shipping containers and packaging must be retained until any claim against the carrier is settled. Failure to retain containers and packaging may result in our being unable to enter a claim for damages with the carrier, in which case we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. We must be notified at info@wellspringtrading.com of damage or incomplete shipments of merchandise due to carrier error within seven (7) days of delivery.


Damaged and Defective Merchandise

You may return any damaged or defective merchandise for a replacement or a full refund of all charges including shipping fees. You must notify us of any damage or defects within  seven (7) days of delivery. Damaged and defective merchandise may not be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and company supplied shipping label. Returned merchandise will be inspected to determine if it is defective. If the merchandise is not defective no credit will be issued and you will have to pay  the shipping charge to return the merchandise to you. Please contact us for instructions at info@wellspringtrading.com before returning any damaged or defective merchandise.

Massage Tables and Massage Chairs are further covered by the individual manufacturers’ limited lifetime warranty and return policies. In order for us to assist you with returns or repairs of damaged or defective Massage Tables and Massages Chairs you must notify us within thirty (30) days of receipt. After thirty (30) days, please contact the manufacturer directly.


New and Unused Merchandise

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items within 30 days of shipment for a refund of your purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. The original shipping and handling costs we incurred are not refundable and you are responsible for any return shipping fees. Please contact us for instructions at info@wellspringtrading.com before returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned to us in an unused, resalable condition in the original packaging.  Consumables such as oils may only be returned if they are unopened. If oils are damaged or defective please contact us for instructions.


Final Sale

All sales are final 30 days after merchandise has been shipped.
