Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order if it has not been shipped, except for Oakworks products which are subject to the following restrictions. If your Oakworks order is not cancelled within 24 hours after the order is placed a 20% cancellation fee may apply. If your order has custom options and is already in production the order cannot be cancelled and you are liable for 100% of the product price.

Products Damaged or Lost in Transit
Please inspect your order as soon as it is received to verify that it is complete and undamaged. If you are missing products or there is damage, please retain the shipping containers and packaging for possible inspection. Failure to retain containers and packaging may result in our being unable to offer you a refund or exchange. You must notify us about shipment problems within seven (7) days of delivery at returns@wellspringtrading.com.  On shipments where you are required to sign for delivery you must inspect all items and note any damage before signing.

Damaged and Defective Products
While we sell products of the highest quality we recognize that damages and defects occasionally are not caught during inspection. In such cases we will gladly refund, repair or replace the product. You must notify us of damages or defects at  returns@wellspringtrading.com within seven (7) days of delivery. Pictures of damaged goods and any damage to the shipping container may be requested by us.  Upon notification we will arrange for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and return instructions to be issued to you.

Massage Tables and Massage Chairs as well as certain massage equipment are covered by the individual manufacturers’ warranty and return policies. In order for us to assist you with a damaged or defective product, you must return the product within thirty (30) days of shipment. After thirty (30) days you must contact the manufacturer directly. Oakwork's stationary table Gurantee/Return policy does not cover freight back to Oakwork's factory.

All warranties exclude damage caused by improper set-up, accident, abuse, use for other than intended purpose, neglect or normal wear and tear. Additionally, if inspection shows that the product is not defective you are responsible for the freight costs incurred for the return and sending the product back to you.

The buyer and its customers shall be responsible for the proper set-up and/or use of any product we sell, as well as any supervision required for safety. In no event shall Wellspring Trading LLC be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, incidental, exemplary or punitive injuries, damages or costs incurred by the buyer or its customers due to, or associated with, the use of any product we sell.  

All warranties are limited to that provided by the manufacturer of the product.

New and Unused Merchandise (Unopened)
We urge you to contact us about what product is right for you if you are unsure of what you want or need. If you do purchase a product you find you do not want you may return it with some restrictions.

New and unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a refund of your purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. The shipping and handling costs we incurred to send the product to you (what it cost us to ship your item to you, not what you paid us for shipping) will also be deducted from your refund. It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the safe return of the item in a new, undamaged condition. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, unused, and resalable as is. Special orders and customized equipment may not be returned.


You must contact us at returns@wellspringtrading.com within 15 days of when your order shipped to obtain a RGA and instructions before returning any merchandise. Returns made without an RGA will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense. Returns must be received by the manufacturer within 15 days from the manufacturers issue date of the RGA number. 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Stationary and Electric Lift Tables
  • DVDs and CDs are not returnable once opened.
  • For sanitary reasons, all linens and table coverings (such as face rest covers, fleece covers, table warmers, blankets, etc.) also cannot be returned once opened.
  • Consumables (such as massage oils, essentials oils, creams, etc.) are not returnable.
  • Special orders
  • Customized equipment

Final Sale
All sales are final 30 days after merchandise has been received.

**You agree that the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Wellspring Trading, LLC
