Description:
PMS Relief Blend is a hormone balancer with some plant estrogens to calm the
nerves, cramps, and anxiety of pre-menstrual tension. Clary Sage acts
as a hormone balancer, while Yarrow eases cramps. German and Roman
Chamomile are both anti-anxiety, anti-spasmodic, and calming to the
system.
Ingredients: PMS Relief Blend contains pure essential oils of Lavender, Clary Sage, Ylang Ylang,
Tangerine, Yarrow, Roman Chamomile, Geranium, and German Chamomile in a
Jojoba Oil Base.
Application Method: Rub 5 drops on lower abdomen. 20 drops can be added to 2 oz
Massage Oil and applied to the mid-body. 10 drops can
be added to the bath.
